In this episode I had the pleasure of chatting with my cousin Felicity Hordyk! She is married to Hugo and has 3 kids between 7 and 2. She had a wonderfully real perspective on doing what works for you, adapting to changing seasons and balancing sustainability and presentation in hospitality.
